In the future, Social Security’s diverse workforce will meet customer needs and expectations, while also working more virtually and with greater agility, in order to accomplish more and achieve results.

State Employees Access to benefits informatin

State Employees should have Access to benefit information so eligibility may be established and verified. Currently local Social Security offices have to be contacted which takes up their work time to provide TPQY's.

Avoid Nepotism

One of the problems in our agency is that there is a tendency to hire relatives and as a result there is an inbreeding tendency which can result in a management culture that calls for elimination of services except for the jobs for top managers. My idea is to prevent the agency from hiring relatives of pdepole who are already working
