As our culture and technology change and develop in the future, Social Security’s organizational structure will also change. The organization as a whole will think strategically to embrace new opportunities, work with external partners, and decentralize where appropriate. With more automation, less physical office space will be used, which will decrease duplicative work and increase clear and automated decision support.
